The wedding programs were my absolute favorite to create! I started off by doing a custom illustration of the Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral where the couple married in Los Angeles, California. We then letterpress printed the illustration on luxurious European cotton paper with deckled (torn) edges. The interior pages were flat printed, and the whole package was tied up with a billowy silk ribbon.
DINNER MENUSThe dinner menus that we created were letterpress printed on long and skinny tea-length cards, using the same lux cotton paper as the programs. Each guest received a menu at their place setting.
ESCORT AND PLACE CARDSAnd finally, the guests were able to find their seats by opening up delicate envelope escort cards. Each envelope had the guest's name printed on the front, and inside were cards printed with their table number. Once each guest arrived at their table, they were greeted with these beautiful pomegranate wedding favors, which housed the traditional Greek koufeta (Jordan almonds). From each pomegranate hung a tag with each guest's name to be used as their escort cards.
